What is Solution-Dyed Polyester?
Solution-dyed polyester represents the pinnacle of outdoor fabric technology. Unlike conventional “piece-dyed” fabrics where colour is applied after the fabric is woven, solution-dyed polyester has pigments added during the fiber extrusion process—before the fiber is even formed . Dye Lot Variation
As with all premium dyed fabrics, colour shades may vary slightly between dye lots. This is an industry-standard characteristic of textile manufacturing and not considered a defect. Due to the solution-dyed process, variation is minimized compared to conventional dyeing, but subtle differences can still occur between production batches .
